DAVON was established
In June of 2000 DAVON was established in Gdansk. The company was initially an investment consultation office and managing contactor during the project preparation phase.

Our first project for the hotel branch, cooperation with the NEXUM Company.
In September of 2000 we began our cooperation with NEXUM - the owner of a real estate office located in Sopot on 59 Haffnera Street. This was the NEXUM’s first hotel in Poland and their first four star hotel; DAVON participated in its realization. We were responsible for the preparation of the project during the design stage, contracted 4 out of 10 construction tasks, and supervised the work of the general contractor for the investor.

Completion of the construction of the Haffner Hotel in Sopot
The construction of the Haffner Hotel in Sopot, complete with conference hall and SPA, was commenced in December of 2000 and was completed in September of 2002. DAVON was the project’s Managing Contractor; with our help the hotel received a permit to admit guests, the categorization process was a success and the hotel was awarded four stars. We closed the agreement with the General Contractor and settled accounts.

Our second project for the hotel industry, DAVON commenced cooperation with the ŁEBA HOTEL.
In September of 2003 we began cooperating with the HOTEL ŁEBA company - the owner of real estate located in Łeba on Nadmorska Street. We were responsible for the preparation of the project during the design stage, contracted the construction tasks, and supervised the work of the subcontractors for the investor.

Our first project for the commercial building sector - we commenced cooperation with the BOCONCEPT POLAND Company.
The construction of a commercial building in Sopot on 701 Aleja Niepodległości Street was commenced in November of 2003, and completed in September of 2004. DAVON was the Managing Contractor; we participated in securing a permit for use of premises as an office building, and supervised and coordinated the work of subcontractors for the investor.

Completion of the ŁEBA Hotel in Łeba
Construction of the ŁEBA Hotel in Łeba, complete with conference hall and SPA, was commenced in September of 2003 and completed in August of 2004. DAVON was the Managing Contractor. We helped the hotel received a permit to admit guests, the categorization process was a success and the hotel was awarded three stars. We also settled the investment loan, closed the agreement with the subcontractors and settled accounts.

Our first project for the logistics-warehousing sector
The construction of the Logistics Center in Pruszcz Gdański began in May of 2005 and ended in January of 2007. DAVON was the Project Supervisor; we participated in securing the permit for the use of the building as a warehouse, closed the agreement with the General Contractor and settled accounts.

Our first project for the office building sector - we commenced cooperation with the DAP KARPIAK Company.
In August of 2006 we began our cooperation with the DAP KARPIAK Company, the owner of real estate located in Gdańsk on 201 Kartuska Street. Construction of the office building commenced in February of 2007 and was completed in July of 2008. DAVON handled the preparation of the project during the realization phase, contracted building tasks, and supervised and coordinated the work of subcontractors.

Our second project for the multi-family residential building branch - DAVON commenced cooperation with the NORD DEVELOPMENT Company.
The VILLA HELSKA residential building is located in Hel; construction began in February of 2007 and ended in May of 2008. DAVON was the Managing Contractor.

Our third project for the multi-family residential building branch - DAVON commenced cooperation with the HINES Company.
We prepared the project for the construction of the QUATTRO TOWERS residential building, located in Gdansk on Partyzantów Street; our work is scheduled to end in August of 2011. We were entrusted the role of Project Supervisor.

DAVON commenced cooperation with the IMMO - LUX Company
The construction of the SYMFONIA RESIDENCE apartment building, located in Gdansk on 10 Targ Rybny Street, was commenced in January of 2009 and completed in December of 2009.

Our first investment for the hospital building sector and cooperation with the MAVIT Company.
The construction of a specialist hospital in Warsaw and Katowice was commenced in February of 2010, and completed in December of 2010. DAVON was the Project Supervisor.

Our company began providing General Contracting services. We commenced cooperation with the MORSKA III Company.
Project preparation - for the construction of a multi-family housing development in Gdansk on Starogardzka Street - began in February of 2010 and ended in December of 2010. DAVON was the project’s General Contractor, contracted by the MORSKA III Company, in accordance with the Design & Build model. Construction of the housing development will commence in the first quarter of 2011.
